Valdemar's Scandinavian heritage gave me a powerful strategic thread.
The identity had at heart the mythology of bold exploration. A company that doesn't wait to be invited. Reflecting Valdemar Media’s Viking heritage and warrior ethos, through symbolic elements such as the Inguz rune (balance and will) and the Awe symbol (dream and belief) while at the same time have a representation of an animal that would embrace not only the spirit of the brand but also represent the 3 places where Valdemar Media operates: California, Berlin and Madrid - all represented by a bear.
The concept frames Valdemar not as a service provider but as a creative force: a studio that originates stories, takes creative risk, and brings collaborators into its world rather than the other way around.
